Anger, ego, Hatred towards a person or a thing is a sign of negativity. There are many reasons why people build these negative feelings. According to my subjectivity, most of the people take the reasons into consideration. I would suggest Take outcomes into consideration”.

May be a small story can explain what I mean in a better way. Read it fully, if you want to make yourself a better person.

A lovely team!

I recently witnessed and sorted an issue between a group of people who use to be close and also working in a project. Team was so sweet but, everyone one in the group have different levels of knowledge and different pace of learning. One is slow in learning yet works hard, other is quick in learning yet expects the same from others. Another has moderate learning pace but, bad at being expressive.

Mis-communication is the culprit

Despite of the differences in their capabilities, they were doing good in the project. Team members who are, inexperienced kids still trying to be better in the project din’t know how to communicate and express themselves are on one side of the mis-understanding. On the other side, lead being well experienced, taking lot of work load expected little appreciation for his/her efforts in making these kids learn and grow.

Because of mis-communication by the inexperienced team members and the expectations of projects brought a difference in their relation which made them not to talk to each other and also lead to project termination.

How it all came to a peaceful ending

I, as third person stepped in to the issue and started understanding from both the sides. I spoke to individual teammates and heard their problems with each other.

After a good 1 hour explanation to both the sides about their individual wrong assumptions and with a small message “Invite me for lunch or dinner or Come to my place for lunch or dinner”, they all started talking to each other and started discussing about what they have missed and how to again re bond.

Final Understanding

Mis understanding due to mis communication is always there in everyone’s part of life. It is all about how you deal with it and move on. If you don’t feel like moving on with these ringing in your mind, I would say “start from the scratch”.

You may have many positive characters in your life, but never expect the same from others. Also, you may not communicate well yet, you have to express your feelings for others to understand you. If a small act of appreciation can make your bonding strong, encourage and push yourself to learn and do it.
